PRIMAGAS
PRIMAGAS Internal podcast Internal communication Post-production PRIMAGAS uses an internal podcast as a regular communication format to inform its employees. NextGen Podcast supports the project as a reliable partner and is responsible for ongoing post-production, quality assurance, and timely delivery of content. Confidential cooperation This project is an internal communication format. For reasons of confidentiality and in the interests of our customers, we do not show any specific audio or video examples here. Transparency and the responsible handling of internal content are a central part of our cooperation. We would be happy to explain the structure, processes, and formats used in a personal meeting and, on request, show abstract or approved examples. "Working with NextGen Podcast has improved the quality of our internal podcast. The clear processes and reliable implementation are particularly helpful, as they reduce our internal workload and allow us to focus on the content. Kim Müller HR Business Partner 1.Initial situationThe podcast is recorded internally at PRIMAGAS and published at regular intervals. The aim is to support internal communication and to prepare content in a way that is easy to understand and consistent. An external partner was to be brought in for post-production, structuring, and technical preparation in order to relieve internal resources and ensure consistent quality. 2. Our role NextGen Podcast is responsible for the entire audio post-production of the internal podcast format. This includes editing, sound optimization, and structured preparation of the episodes. In addition, we create transcripts that serve as a basis for feedback and fine-tuning of content for the internal team. After incorporating the comments, we provide the final episodes, including metadata and cover design. 3.Working methods and collaboration The audio recordings are made internally via Riverside.fm and then processed by our team. We optimize the sound, edit the episodes, and prepare them editorially. Coordination takes place via transcripts, in which comments can be added directly. After approval, we export the final MP3 files and maintain all relevant metadata such as title, description, and cover so that the episodes are also presented visually in a clean manner internally. The content is made available for internal use on time and reliably. 4. Results and impact The podcast supports internal communication at PRIMAGAS regularly and reliably. The audio quality is consistently high, the internal coordination effort is reduced, and the episodes are prepared in a way that makes them easy to consume. Clear processes and fixed procedures ensure that the format is operated stably and used in the long term.
