The goal is to ensure consistent quality across all formats and to relieve the internal team. 3.Working methods and collaboration The collaboration is long-term and based on clear processes and mutual trust. Recordings take place both in the studio and on the go at various locations. The raw material is processed centrally, prepared for the respective channels, and made available reliably. In addition, transcripts and social media content are created for further use. 4. Results and impact The audio and video formats are consistently high quality, regardless of the recording location or format. Climate Farmers External Podcast Association Communication Podcast Concept The Brandenburg State Farmers' Association uses a podcast to present topics related to agriculture and association practices in a structured and understandable way. NextGen Podcast accompanied the project from conception to professional audio production and supports the association in the continuous development of the format. Working method and collaboration The first episode was recorded remotely together in order to set up the format cleanly and define technical standards. The Brandenburg State Farmers' Association then produces the content independently. The audio recordings are handed over to our team, where we optimize the sound, edit them, and prepare them for final release. At the same time, we developed several cover designs to create a clear visual identity for the podcast. The final episodes are provided in professional audio quality and published by us. 4. Results and impact The result is a clearly structured audio podcast format with professional sound and consistent quality. The podcast combines technical depth with appealing production and can be reliably used in the association's ongoing communications. The focus is not on publishing a classic video podcast, but on creating high-quality video content for further use on digital channels. 3.Working method and collaboration The recordings are made directly in the Berlin House of Representatives with mobile equipment. Our team takes care of the setup and technical support for the production on site. In post-production, the images and sound are professionally edited and tailored specifically for various playback channels. The recordings are turned into short video formats with subtitles that are optimized for social media and other digital channels. 4. Results and impact The result is professionally produced video content that conveys political topics in a way that is understandable, accessible, and suitable for the media. Through targeted preparation for social media, the content reaches an interested public and provides contemporary access to political discussions and background information.

Kenjo – Der Videopodcast für moderne HR-Software Für Kenjo, ein Berliner Softwareunternehmen im HR-Bereich, haben wir ein komplett neues Videopodcast-Format entwickelt und technisch umgesetzt. Ziel ist es, Inhalte rund um moderne Arbeitswelten und HR-Software zugänglich und visuell ansprechend zu kommunizieren.  Unsere Aufgabe: Von der Konzeption über die Erstellung von Intro, Outro und Cover bis hin zur Anbindung an den Podcast-Host übernehmen wir alle Schritte.
