- Podcast overhaul & strategic realignment for a modern and accessible format.
- Interview podcast with Gegenbauer employees to make the people behind the company visible.
- Moderation by an external host for professional discussion.
- Multi-channel content production to successfully distribute the podcast across platforms.
Implementation:
- 2-hour kick-off meeting to redefine strategy, tone and content focus.
- Redesign of the podcast to optimize the format in terms of content and technology.
- Creation of standardized invitation templates for efficient guest coordination.
- Planned production days in the NextGen Podcast Studio, where 4-5 episodes are recorded each day.
- Preliminary discussions with guests to prepare the content and create an authentic atmosphere for discussion.
- Post-production of all content, including editing, sound optimization and final fine-tuning.
- Platform setup & upload management, including final testing before each release.
- Successful launch in November 2022 with long-term strategy for sustainable growth.
