Professional training for in-house production of the BAG RelEx podcast
With KN:IX talks, the BAG RelEx offers a podcast on current topics in the prevention of Islamism. To ensure sustainable and professional implementation of the in-house production, we developed a customized podcast training program. The goal was to provide employees with practical training in all relevant areas – from conception to recording and publication.
A practical training that imparts knowledge, strengthens skills and sustainably secures the KN:IX talks podcast.
Requirement:
- Development of an individual podcast training for BAG RelEx employees.
- Transfer of know-how for the independent production of the podcast KN:IX talks.
- Creation of a podcast trailer with professional intro & outro.
- Practice-oriented training with hands-on training and Q&A session.
Implementation:
- 1-hour kick-off meeting to define the training requirements and objectives.
- Detailed conception of the podcast training, tailored to the needs of the participants.
- Post-production of the podcast trailer including editing and fine-tuning.
- 4-hour on-site workshop with theoretical introduction and practical exercises.
- Interactive Q&A session to clarify individual questions and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Provision of training materials to enable sustainable in-house production.
- Long-term empowerment of employees to produce and further develop the podcast independently.
