The goal: inspiration, transparency, and even stronger cooperation within the group. We are supporting this project strategically, technically, and operationally – ensuring professional production and sustainable implementation.

Requirement:
- Development of a podcast concept for an internal company format.
- Long-term support of production and strategic implementation.
- Interview podcast with NH Group employees.
- Moderation by an external moderator for professional discussion.
Implementation:
- Intensive kick-off meeting to define the objectives, topics and structure of the podcast.
- Logistical preparation: Shipping high-quality microphones to the interview guests for optimal audio quality.
- Individual preliminary discussions with guests to prepare content in a targeted manner.
- Remote recording via Riverside.fm to enable flexible and professional interviews.
- Post-production with sound optimization, editing and final mixing.
- Exclusive publication on the NH intranet, planned for 2024.
