Change requires communication. The Thyssenkrupp ChangeCast accompanies the Group's ongoing transformation process and provides managers and employees with regular, first-hand updates. In weekly interviews, change project managers discuss the current status, answer open questions, and ensure transparency throughout the organization.
Our mission: to optimize the existing format, provide technical advice, and carry out post-production to effectively use the podcast as a central information medium.
